About Macro Bullseye

Macro Bullseye is a free, public calendar of US economic releases, with plain-English notes on what each number means for your paycheck, savings and loans.

Most of what moves interest rates, prices and Social Security checks comes from a handful of government reports: the jobs report, CPI, GDP, the Fed’s rate decisions. Their schedules are public, but they’re spread across a dozen agency websites. We put them in one place, in one time zone, and explain them without jargon.

What you’ll find here

  • An economic calendar built from each agency’s own release schedule and checked every day.
  • Release pages that explain what each report measures and why it matters to a household.
  • A calendar feed you can add to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.

What we don’t do

We don’t give investment advice or tell anyone what to buy or sell. Everything here is general information drawn from public sources. See how the calendar is built for the details.
